Commitment making a difference

MINDA has supported volunteer work among employees since 2018 with its “MINDA Cares” program.

In 2025, once again various projects are supported, which were proposed by MINDA employees and selected by a small committee. This year's total funding of € 5,000 was distributed equally among five very different projects, almost all of which mainly benefit children:

  • Heimat- und Trachtenverein Cammer e.V.

This project refers to the purchase and maintenance of traditional costumes for new members, especially children, to preserve regional customs in the Schaumburg region.

  • Spielmannszug Sielhorst

Early musical education is supported through the purchase of new claves. Moreover, new T-shirts will allow uniform appearance for children aged 8 and above during events.

  • U18 girls' basketball team TV Bergkrug e.V.

We support the promotion of girls' basketball by providing new jerseys and training materials.

  • SV Warmsen children's and youth camp

Children and young people who take part in the next camp will benefit from low participation fees and various program highlights.

  • Maths Café at the Bärenkämpen Community Center

The purchase of learning materials facilitates tutoring, especially in mathematics and German, for motivated children.

We would like to thank all dedicated MINDA employees for their volunteer work and are happy to contribute to these great projects with MINDA Cares.
